Welcome to Your Meditation & Mindfulness Journey

Hello and welcome to this beautiful mini course introduction to Meditation & Mindfulness. Within you will find 3 different techniques that you can practice in quiet still time, building consistency and resilience to the sensations that you discover through the physical, mental and emotional bodies.

Setting aside 15 minutes each day for the practice of turning inwards and exploring your own inner worlds is the most courageously important work you can ever do for yourself in this life you have now.

Meditation is the process and practice of becoming quiet and still, slowly settling the thoughts of the mind in order to move inwards and gain access to your own inner landscape of peace, love and contentment.

It is from this place that we begin to see our habitual tendencies and our patterns of thoughts and behaviours. We begin to heal through this process and live with a vitality we have never before discovered.

Mindfulness is the living presence, the awareness that exists in each moment of life. We learn to fully experience and accept each unfolding moment without the usual judgments and stories we tend towards, allowing the perfect truth of that moment in.

Mindfulness is simply about being present and aware again and again to each moment as we go about our daily lives.
